Through our subsidiary, Airtrust New Zealand Pte Ltd, we made a number of key property investments in Queenstown, New Zealand in the early 90s at the bottom of the New Zealand real estate cycle.

Now, after selling a parcel of strategic properties in 2004, we still hold investments in development site in Queenstown, as well as in Walter Peak, a destination offering spectacular scenery and high country farm tours of rustic rural New Zealand life.
